CHOCOLATE CAKE

Who doesn't like chocolate?

We definitely do.

We love chocolate cake too.

We hope, so do you.

Enjoy.

INGREDIENTS

TOTAL TIME: 1 1/2  hour

serves: 12

1. Separate the eggs. Add a pinch of salt and 100 g of the sugar to the egg whites and beat until stiff picks form.

2. In a separate bowl mix the flour, chocolate powder and baking powder.

3. In another bowl, beat together the butter (at room temperature) and the remaining sugar, until nice and creamy. Add the egg yolks and mix together.

4. Add the flour mix to the butter mix, and beat well. Add the 4 tablespoons of milk and mix again. Add the sour cream.

5. Melt the chocolate in a heat proof bowl over simmering water. Let it cool for a bit and then add the melted chocolate to the mixture.

6. Add the Vanilla extract.

7. Grease out a pan, and pour in the mixture.
